Just got an interesting letter from the US Bankruptcy Court regarding the Booster Entertainment case (the organizers of the failed Flanvention). Here’s the relevant excerpt (bold added by me):

On July 27, 2007, or as soon thereafter as the transaction may be completed, the undersigned trustee of the estate of the debtor(s) named above will sell property of the estate as follows:

Miscellaneous assets including, but not limited to, autographed and non-autographed actor photos; autographed script covers and memory books, banners; Serenity prints (numbered and signed by actors and/or artist); "Lorne" character doll; and walkie-talkies, with a scheduled value of $17,060; will be sold to the highest bidder by one ore more auctions on e-bay or possibly other suitable auction venues on or after July 27, 2007.

That’s followed by a bunch more legalese. No word on what eBay account will be used to host the auctions.
