Smallville has always been a guilty pleasure from which I am incapable of deriving intelligence, but that episode was just inane. The vampire thing, although backed up with an explanation, was too laughable to be taken seriously, but too goofy to be taken as wit. Yes, "slaying Buffy the vampire." We get it! Why does this show thing that type of dialogue is clever? Characters say things like that again and again. Like someone said, this show is not Buffy. And next week Lois shows off her boobs at a strip club just like she showed them off in a bikini a couple of episodes before. Damn, is (...)
