You fools! Stop blaming Joss. Did you ever stop and think that no one would be availible for movies next year, so they/he had to kill them off?
When the news about the cancellation came about, Joss said he would like to do movies next year, but it is to soon to think about them. Meaning people might move on to other things, and he will not ask them to wait on a whim.
Personally, I could care less who dies, it’s just a show. As long as the plot is good, go with it. Actually, characters dying can be better, it makes it look real.
Be real now, how many times can you fight demons and get out (...)
